Can I check in early?

Early check-in is available at 3 pm. However, it's subject to a $150.00 fee if you're getting picked up from surgery, and your surgery is completed before 3 pm on your check-in day.

 

What should I pack?

Since we are all-inclusive, you only need to bring a small carry-on suitcase with the following items:

  • (3) tank tops

  • (3) maxi dresses

  • Robe (not fluffy)

  • Personal toiletries like soap and toothpaste

  • Easy-to-clean slippers

  • Hemoplex pills (available at Amazon, GNC, vitamin shop)

  • Inexpensive headphones

  • (3) Compression socks

​Do you provide transportation to massage appointments or other extra stops not included in the stay?

No, we don't provide transportation for additional appointments. You can use Uber or Lyft for any extra transportation needs.

Can you bring a guest?

Depending on Dates your requesting (most cases you can for extra fee.

Which airport do you service?

We only provide service to Miami International Airport (MIA).

Do we have a License?

We're currently under our licensing process.

Do you have nursing staff?

Yes, we have a team of nursing staff, including RNs, LPNs, CNAs, and caregivers.

Can you accommodate food restrictions?

We can accommodate allergies and special diets, such as vegetarian, but not specific food preferences. If you have unique food preferences, you can use Uber Eats or DoorDash.

Do you check vitals daily?

Yes, we check vitals daily.

​Can I add lymphatic massages on the day of arrival for same-day service? 

No, Massages must be added before arrival. If paid on the day of, the massages will start the following day.

If you change your mind, can you get a refund?

At THIS Time, it's (NO REFUNDS) for any reason, you would only get a credit .that's good for 1yr

Do We Offer 1 on 1 care?

Yes, that's not within this current agreement Advertised,

1 on 1 care only done by Veda

Do you offer IV therapy?

Yes, IV therapy is available. Please contact GHS at (786) 505-3862 before arrival to schedule your IV for the same day as surgery or the day after.
